HO’OLAULE’A AND FLOWER FESTIVAL
SATURDAY APRIL 27, 2019
This is an annual fundraising event sponsored by the Haiku Community Association and Haiku Elementary School. Haiku Living Legacy Project hosts a display of exhibit boards, vintage photos from 1870 to 1970 and artifacts telling the history of Ha’iku District. Some displays show schools, churches and temples, and plantation life. Docents available to guide and answer questions. Come and tell your story.
Students from Haiku School have added research projects reflecting local history topics.
